Pixen began inside iWisdom, a biopharma consultancy that helps drug developers commercialise their assets, raise investment and make board-level decisions. Across that work, the same problem kept coming back: an asset strategy lives in five files owned by five people. A TPP deck, a competitor slide, a forecast spreadsheet, a valuation model, and an e-mail thread where the decision was made. When one changes, the others don't.
iWisdom already worked to one commercialisation standard, tied to the governance milestones of R&D stage gates and shared by research, clinical and commercial teams. Pixen turns that standard into software, so the five files become one case, with one version, one approval and one history.
